The "something going on" Dex referring to is Janet's attraction to Monika and possibly Monika's attraction to Janet.After this one was published, the editor-in-chief of the paper asked if there were any lesbians in my comic strip. Texas A&M is a very conservative school.
I really hate that drawing of Monika. In fact, I hate most of the artwork in the reprinted (tssf...) strips.

So for the longest time, the website has been broken and it's always been at the back of my mind to fix it one day and lo! behold! the magic fix just took about twenty minutes to hunt down and correct. So, sorry about that.Have fun flipping through the comic strip and marvelling at how rough my artwork was so very very long ago.
