The gas station/food mart on Texas A&M's Northside was part of the "Zip 'N" chain. We always called it the "Zip 'n Rob".

This convenience store appeared in (tssf...)'s run. The "In 'n Out" offers the "Big 'n Nasty" hot dogs. I didn't even realize the sexual connotations of those names until after the original strip was published. The display ad in the window reads "You know you want it! Foot Longs $1.99!"

I should've had recurring background character Lori be the one manning the till here. Dammit. Missed opportunities.
