More goofiness. The Flash's Kid Flash originally was in the exact same suit that The Flash had, then wound up wearing something that was supposed to be close to the reverse of The Flash's suit. However, there was a Flash villian called The Reverse Flash (or Professor Zoom) who actually had a suit that was the opposite of the Flash's suit (well, it switched the red and yellows of the costume). What I'm getting at is the suit Moriarty is trying on in the second panel there is Hazardman's, just with the yellow-orange and black areas reversed.

Panel three features Maximus Whatshisnameus' armor from Gladiator (of which the porn takeoff has the best ever porn movie title version of a real movie title: 'Glad He Ate Her'). Panel four is Captain Marvel, Jr.'s uniform (which is blue, not red, like the original Captain Marvel). The "too Bucky" costume is Bucky Barnes', Captain America's WW2 sidekick (plus in a few different eras, but I'm not one to talk about the various 'replacement' Captain Americas). The last costume is the current-most incarnation of the Star-Spangled Kid (female this go around). The original SSK was a bit of an oddity -- instead of an adult hero with a pre-teen sidekick, he was a pre-teen hero with an adult sidekick -- his butler ("Stripesy"), if memory serves me correctly.
